Wireless Setup

Wireless internet access is available in most locations on campus. Setup is available in the Library.

Library staff and Peer Mentors at the Testing Center in the Lobby and at the Reference Desk can help you connect to the KCC wireless network. Bring your personal laptop and mobile devices to one of the desks and fill out the Access Form.

This service is available from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday-Thursday, 8:00 am to 3:00 pm on Friday. Current University of Hawaii students, faculty, and staff only.

Fill out and sign the Request for Wireless Network Access Form (PDF)
You will need to show your validated UH System ID Card, or know your UH Username and UH Number.

Once your device has been activated, it should automatically connect whenever you are within range of a wireless access point. However, during peak times the network can become overloaded and you may have trouble connecting immediately. Wait a few minutes and try again, or try moving to a less crowded area. Sometimes restarting your computer can help.
