Login is required to use library databases from off-campus.
If you are off-campus (at home or any other computer away from KCC), you will be asked to login to use some resources. You only need to login once per browser session. The login looks like this:
Type your UH Username and Password (same as your UH Gmail or MyUHPortal), then hit Enter or click the Login button.
Why do I have to login?
Some resources are free, but the library pays for subscriptions to the majority of our databases. Our contracts with the database providers say that we must restrict access to KCC users only. If you are not currently affiliated with KCC, you can use resources at one of the public computers in the library, or you may want to check out databases provided through the Hawaiʻi State Public Library System.
