Library Physical Organization and Collections

Information sources are usually organized by category of material, format, or subject in different areas, floors, or separate collections within the library. If there are multiple copies of a title in the library, they may be found in different areas.

To determine where the sources are located, check the Location and Call Number in the Hawai`i Voyager record. The location might refer to a special subject or area focus collection, or to general collections of materials. Call numbers are letter and number combinations that are used to group materials by subject. Books with similar call numbers are about the same subject.

This is the full record for From a native daughter.
