Objectivity For some projects you may want a specific viewpoint or bias. In other cases, you might prefer information to be more objective. Try to keep the author’s purpose in writing in mind. Is the author trying to sway your opinion? Are facts presented as completely and objectively as possible, or is the author being selective?
