Stakeholders: Leading from the Middle

In reality as leaders we are all followers as well.

Leadership is about meeting the needs of various stakeholders: the people who elect you, the people you work with on your team, your superiors, the people who report to you, the governing bodies you are responsible too. Leadership is not done in a vacuum.

In this SOS workshop we will help you to identify who your stakeholders are and how you can manage your relationship with them.

Time: 10:00 am - 11:15 am
Where: Iliahi 231 Imiloa Studio (Kahikoluamea)
