Managing Projects: Time Money, Workload and Stakeholders - OH MY!

In this SOS workshop we take a whirlwind tour through the Project Management process. As leaders you are always managing some type of project big or small.

This workshop will introduce the Project Management Institute model of project management where we will teach you how to set your project scope, create your Work Breakdown Schedule and utilize tools such as Gantt Charts to manage your timelines and human resources.
