Once you have make our your time management plan, you need to put your plan in motion. Take action as soon as possible.

Keep a to do list handy

15 minutes can make a big difference

All those small tasks can add up to very quickly

Many of these minor things tend to grow into major items

The myth of needing pressure to begin or have clear thinking.

Bottom line - Just lazy?

Motivation Tips:

Break down the task into smaller pieces then tackle each one. Divide and conquer.

Try working a short time to "get into it"

If still no motivation, you may be motivated to do something else

Sometimes just go do the other thing and get it over instead of trying to decide what to do.

Reward is a very important Motivator.
