Course Description MATH 140 covers inverse functions, plane trigonometry, polar coordinates, conic sections and vectors. Upon successful completion of MATH 140, the student should be able to: Solve verbal and non-verbal problems in plane trigonometry. Relate functional and geometric properties of conic sections.
